Created and use advising websites (http://go.ncsu.edu/thebioadvisor), WordPress advising newsletters, three Google Groups, and Gmail to communicate with 1400+ undergraduates and departmental faculty. 

Served on the design team for the Department of Biological Sciences website redesign; maintain portion of the Undergraduate pages.

Accurately communicate individually with undergraduates and faculty about detailed and complicated degree requirement and academic policy information.
