Lead a team of 5 professional advisors, and provide advising and administrative support to 30+ faculty advisors.

Collaborate with faculty and staff on department, college, and university-level committees tasked with advising and administrative duties, such as advising assessment and advisor professional development.

Co-presented a pre-conference workshop on advising assessment at NACADA national conference with four other faculty/staff colleagues from NC State.

Contribute to academic program discussions on faculty committees at the departmental and college level.
